Every state that cares about national security and carries out foreign intelligence. Belarus is no exception. When it comes to foreign intelligence of our armed forces, its tasks have always been exclusively military. To extract, collect, process and transmit to the country’s leadership information about the enemy’s armed forces. But in the twentieth year, Lukashenko and his accomplices considered the Belarusian society as a real military opponent. And then they involved even foreign intelligence units in the struggle for power.

The activities of these units of the Ministry of Defense are completely classified. The public does not know anything about the tasks they perform, nor about the number and nature of operations carried out. Neither about the costs of maintenance, nor the number of staff. Especially about their personal composition.
BYPOL has obtained unique information that lifts the veil of secrecy over the activities of the Main Center for Information Technology Security of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus. Let’s see who these people are and what they actually do.
The legal basis for the activities of foreign intelligence in many countries is an appropriate law. In our country there have been attempts to adopt such a law, but so far it has not happened. Therefore, in Belarus this activity is regulated by the presidential decree, which has been recently amended and supplemented. Nevertheless, this document clearly defines what intelligence units of the Ministry of Defense should do:
military-political
military-technical
military-economic

The overall leadership of foreign intelligence entities is exercised by the President. The Security Council coordinates foreign intelligence. Intelligence information is provided to the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Belarus, other state bodies and organizations directly or through the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus. The foreign intelligence is headed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces. Since March 21, it has been headed by First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Belarus, Major General Viktor Gulevich.

Lukashenko and his accomplices in the person of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, violating their own decrees, have criminally involved the foreign intelligence units of the Ministry of Defense in the fight against political opponents and their own people. Watch the video and we will share the information that will open the veil of secrecy of the Foreign Intelligence.
